Cancellation Policy

Registration Fees

Persons registered to the congress can request the reimbursement of their quota taking into account the cancellation expenses that are detailed below. Any changes or cancellations must be sent written to the conference secretary:

  • Any cancellation received before August 25, 2019, will have a penalty of 30.00 € for management expenses.
  • Cancellations received between August 25 and September 25, 2019 will have a penalty of 50% of the fee paid.
  • After September 25, 2019, no refunds will be made.

It is possible to make name changes in the inscription as long as they are made before 9th of October. However, each will have administrative costs of € 30. After this date, the name changes will not be allowed and the corresponding cancellation fees will be applied for cancellation of registration.

About the hotel reservations, the following cancellation policy will apply:

  • From 44 to 30 days before the start of the event: 10%
  • From 29 to 5 days before the start of the event: 20%
  • Five days before the start of the event: 100%
